Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Data Scientist(GenAI)

In this role, we are looking for candidates who have relevant years of experience in Python, DS, Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools, Data sciences, GenAI and algorithms.

Full cycle experience desirable in DS, Python/NLP project from creating a Business use case, Technology & Analytic Solutioning, Implementation and Change Management, considerable experience in GenAI framework. Having solutioning expertise to translate the customer's business need into a techno-analytic problem and appropriately work with DS teams to bring DS solutions to fruition. The right candidate should have prior experience in Python, GenAI and AI/ML and NLP solutions using open source tools.Responsibilities

Develop transformative AI/ML solutions to address our clients' business requirements and challenges*
Project Delivery - This would entail successful delivery of projects involving data Pre-processing, Model Training and Evaluation, Parameter Tuning*
Manage Stakeholder/Customer Expectations*
Project Blue Printing and Project Documentation*
Understand and research cutting edge industrial and academic developments in AI/ML with NLP/NLU applications in diverse industries such as CPG, Finance etc.*
Conceptualize, Design, build and develop solution algorithms which demonstrate the minimum required functionality within tight timelines*
Interact with clients to collect, synthesize, and propose requirements and create effective analytics/text mining roadmap.*
Work with digital development teams to integrate and transform these algorithms into production quality applications on Python and GenAI*
Do applied research on a wide array of text analytics and machine learning projects, file patents and publish the papers*
Ensure GenAI outputs are contextually relevant,*
Hands-on with Generative AI technologies, Design and Implement GenAI Solutions.*
Advanced Gen AI concepts like RAG, Graph-RAG, multi-agent framework*
Hand-on with RAG tools like Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Cosmos DB / Blob Storage, LangChain / Semantic Kernel.*
Very well versed with concepts like Graph-RAG, Multi-Agent Framework, Fine-tuning & Custom LLMs, Chain-of-Thought, ReAct framework and Prompt Engineering*
Collaborate with service line teams to design, implement and manage Gen-AI solution*
Familiarity with generative models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques to develop innovative AI solutions.*
Designing, developing, and implementing solutions tailored to meet client needs.*
Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions using GEN AI*
Works closely with service line teams to design, implement, and manage Generative AI solution*
Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development and business strategies.*
Continuously think on how to improve the analytics infrastructure for the team and automate processes.*
Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

3-5 years' experience of working on Gen-AI/AI/ML projects*
MS in Computer Science, Information systems, or Computer engineering*
Systems Engineering with relevant experience in Text Mining / Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools, Data sciences, Big Data and algorithms*
Solid understanding of generative AI concepts, frameworks, and techniques, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying generative models.*
AI/ML and GenAI Tools*
Certifications in AI/ML or GenAI*
Technology

Open Source Experience using computer languages (Python, AI/ML, GenAI, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.*
Experience in using industry standard AI/ML libraries.*
Proficiency in working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language models(SLMs).*
Very good python/R programming skills. Java programming skills a plus*

Methodology

Solutioning & Consulting experience in verticals such as BFSI, CPG, with experience in delivering text analytics on large structured and unstructured data*
A solid foundation in AI Methodologies like ML, DL, NLP, Neural Networks, Information Retrieval and Extraction, NLG, NLU*
Exposed to concepts in Natural Language Processing & Statistics, esp., in their application such as Sentiment Analysis, Contextual NLP, Dependency Parsing, Parsing, Chunking, Summarization, etc*
Demonstrated ability to Conduct look-ahead client research with focus on supplementing and strengthening the client's analytics agenda with newer tools and techniques*
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Technology

Expert level of understanding of NLP, NLU and Machine learning/Deep learning methods, GenAI and AI/ML*
Good hands own experience in Sage maker, Lamda, Bedrock models.*
UI development paradigms that would enable Insights Visualization, e.g., Streamlit*
