Assistant Manager - GROUP BENEFITS AND WELLBEING OPERATIONS

Principal responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for working with the Country/Regional/Global Benefits activities like case management, working on employee data.
Support employee queries and escalations through case management by coordinating with country/benefits SMEs or external vendors as required.
Work closely with HUB process leads, by providing insights from cases to develop the program
Exhibit ownership of own work and ability to work independently and work as a part of team with minimal guidance.
Proactive approach to process improvement, ensure appropriate controls and governance on processes delivered by the team.
Leadership & Teamwork
Must display high sense of accountability, active listening
Must be highly empathetic towards colleagues
Good communication skills to collaborate well with stakeholders or regional partners
Qualifications
Bachelor's/post-graduate degree in business, human resources, related field or equivalent.
1-3 years of demonstrated experience/responsibility in administering or managing employee benefits/pension/ recognition and wellbeing program in one or more of the countries/regions (EMEA, MENAT, UK, ASP). Global experience is desirable.
Must demonstrate data-driven problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Knowledge of SAP HR platform, Service Now and/or benefit administration platforms as advantage
High regard for confidentiality and discretion
Ability to perform effectively in a flexible, matrixed work environment and meet deadlines appropriately.
Must have strong written and verbal English communication skills including presentation skills.

Ability to work well independently in a high-volume environment.
Relationship Management: ability to navigate through complex, matrix organizations.
