We are having urgent opening for AM-FP&A with one of our MNC client @Gurgaon.
Position: Assistant Manager - FP&A
Location: Gurgaon
Experience :- 7 to 13 Yrs
Shift Timing :- EST
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountabilities Major Activities
SKILLS AND
KNOWLEDGE
Financial Reporting:

• Assist in creating straightforward financial reports. Flux analysis, budget vs

actual, categorization of expenses

• Learn to analyze financial data to identify trends in Cash inflows, Opex

expenses, and other budgetary functions.
SQL Basics:

• Using beginner/intermediate SQL queries to pull payment information from

Databases.

• Ability to port Database reports into useable and refreshable Power-Bi and Excel

reports

• Automation of recurring reconciliations using Database information and

Payment Processing Support:

• Learn about payment processing and contribute to oversight.
• Assist in resolving basic payment-related issues. Which involves mapping

payment processor data to cash settlements.
Cash Flow Assistance:

• Assist controller with cash flow forecasting tasks.

• Collaborate with the team to track cash inflows and outflows.
• Long term planning of cash flows and location of funds within entities

Basic Accounting:

• Apply basic accounting knowledge to daily tasks. Accrual basis
• Assist in preparing straightforward financial statements.

Assist with ad-hoc reporting as needed for
Educational Qualification/ Experience
Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or Database management, or IT
• Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency. Sumifs, Xlookup, Pivot tables, Power Query
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team and build out new processes and forecasting

techniques.

• Power-Bi experience is nice to have.
• 1-2 year SQL experience is required.
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple departments. Communication is critical.
