Booking of Provisions & review of GL Balances, payroll/C&B review Explanation of variations from projections & Plan / Forecast Analysis and review of Balance sheet schedules Monthly Closing - Manufacturing Variance analysis & review, PPV Review, Inventory provisions, actuals vs. Plan/forecast review by cost centre

Operational Accounting & Control




Cost Savings Champion - Driving all cost savings/CI projects Fixed Asset Accounting - ROI calculations of new proposed capital projects, Physical Verification, tagging and asset capitalization on time, improved processes set-up and review, finance lead in factory footprint maximization/expansion projects End - to - end Inventory analysis and review, especially control over Excess & Obsolete raw materials, packing materials and components End-to-end scrap sales ownership - rates review, process review, analysis and physical checks Statutory and Internal Audit Co-Ordination - including physical count of assets and inventory, actual inventory valuation, etc. Cost audit - yearly cost audit end-to-end ownership for both plants P2P related analysis and review activities - MRBR/OCR/GRIR review & clearance

Taxation Support




GST Credit-related ownership on capex and single point of contact for HO Tax team





RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Prior manufacturing sector experience of minimum 3 years is a MUST


Knowledge of SAP FICO module is a MUST


CA or ICWA with at least 5 years of relevant experience


Proficiency in both written and spoken English


Excellent stakeholder management skills with cross functional teams


Good command over Excel is a MUST
