It operates through a structured annual cycle - performance reviews, allocation modeling, AOP contracting -providing year-round support to markets and global stakeholders.



This role is responsible for

Analytical Evaluation of assigned A&M Area, leading all analytical work, methodology improvements and horizontal learnings.





The scope covers E2E ownership of assigned functional area: data, analyses, visualization, final outcomes, as well as methodology improvement and requires collaboration with enabling teams (ROIe, Sufficiency, GN etc.)


Responsibilities:

A&M Excellence Analytical Lead

would serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned Analytical Area within the A&M Excellence Framework, leading end-to-end responsibilities including project management, analytical work, presentation development, and stakeholder engagement. Respond to ad-hoc requests with clear, data-driven insights--delivering tables, charts, and compelling narratives that transform complex information into actionable stories.

Analytics



Provide insightful performance commentary:

Explain business results, key drivers, and optimization opportunities with clarity and impact. Incorporate global perspectives to ensure reporting reflects strategic considerations beyond raw data.

Lead structured problem-solving:

Own assigned components of Market Deep Dive initiatives--formulate hypotheses, design and execute analyses, and develop creative solutions to enhance A&M efficiency and effectiveness

Drive allocation analytics and modeling:

Apply advanced frameworks and tools (e.g., PepsiCo Allocation Model, Right Sizing) to optimize resource allocation and deliver actionable insights.

Share cross-market learnings:

Consolidate observations and best practices from multiple markets to provide horizontal insights that inform strategic decisions and improve overall performance.

Communication & Presentation



Deliver clear and impactful insights:

Translate observations into compelling narratives, ensuring clarity and influence in decision-making. Transform findings into compelling presentations with a clear, meaningful narrative.

Foster cross-functional collaboration:

Partner with diverse capability teams (ROIe, Sufficiency, Content, Sponsorship, DAM, etc.) to enrich analyses and create holistic, data-driven recommendations.

Engage with key stakeholders:

Collaborate closely with A&M Excellence Experts to address specific analytical needs, providing tailored solutions that drive strategic outcomes.

Data & Governance



Partner with Data & Governance Leads on data requirements & ensuring the data correctness by providing functional & contextual perspective

Way of Working Improvements (Automation, New Methods)



Advance automation initiatives:

Support automation of data collection, validation, and reporting processes, driving efficiency and scalability.

Optimize and streamline processes:

Continuously improve workflows through feedback loops, leveraging global and regional synchronization efforts to simplify, standardize, and unify datasets. Collaborate with global and CC stakeholders to enable future digitalization.

Qualifications:
A mid-level Insight or Analytics professional with experience in a leading consumer goods company. With atleast 7 years+ experience Education: Masters in Maths, Statistics, Economics, Sociology, Marketing Experience in working with large & complex data cubes Familiar with key measurements frameworks like MMM, Sufficiency models Can synthesize multiple, disparate data sources. Strong collaborator: actively creates and participates in opportunities to co-create solutions across markets; will be willing and able to embrace Responsive Ways of Working Proven analytics, business analytics, research experience, consumer insights experience or commercial experience in combination with strong analytical skills High degree of familiarity with CPG and Food & Beverage industry A&M services providers Deep understanding of CPG industry business performance outputs and causal measures, their relationships, and how to bring business performance insights to life visually Operational experience from business servicing sector and/or consulting experience would be a plus
