Job Description
1. Handling & mangaging new & exisiting shades.
2. Workability trials for new colors.
3. Development of new materials - PT-ED chemicals, Sealer, PVC, SGC & Hot wax materials.
4. Equipment operation & trouble shooting.
5. Upgrading equipment of existing paint shops incorporating latest technology ,energy efficient solutions.
6. Lab Equipment performance analysis & planning for upgradation/renewal.
7. Knowledge of paints, its application technology, issues & countermeasures.
8. Painting robots, Online/Offline robot teaching for body & Bumper, robot & teaching issues & countermeasures.
9. Desgining of low viscosus & high viscous material circualtion system.
