Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Overlooking Employee On-boarding experience
Responsible for facing all Internal/External Payroll & HR audits
Resolving Employee Grievances locally
Responsible for Driving Payroll Management across the Group
Responsible for completing Payroll/HR Compliances & respective monthly/Quarterly, half yearly and Annual Returns
Collaborating with location HRBPs for all HO driven initiatives
Responsible for HRIS & Payroll portal Management & monitoring across the group
Responsible for driving PMS process as per the Cycle across all locations
Responsible for Payroll compliances. For Defsys Bangalore, Horizon & Spiral while aligning with respective location HRBPs
Aligning with the CHRO for driving HR Branding/visibility initiatives
Aligning with the Central Team to keep all Payroll inputs up-to-date
Responsible for creating synergised Compensation Structure across the group
Responsible for controlling HR Policy Framework for the group and ensuring updations
