Job Description

:
Website Management & Optimization:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Shopify D2C websites.
Implement and continuously improve UI/UX to enhance shopper journeys and
maximize conversion rates.
Manage on-page SEO, content deployment, product listings, and website merchandising.
Drive off-page strategies including link-building, digital PR, and partnerships to boost site authority and traffic.
Growth & Revenue Management:
Identify and execute growth and retention levers to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.
Plan monthly bottom up revenue for the website at product category, customer cohorts and funnel level
Analyze sales data, user behavior, and site performance to optimize revenue and profitability.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce cart abandonment and increase average order value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with internal / external performance marketing stakeholders to plan and review digital marketing spends for driving growth
Liaise with CRM partners to coordinate personalized marketing campaigns and
loyalty programs.
Collaborate with the brand design / product team to understand and incorporate category focus (new launches, core products, etc.)
Collaborate with technology teams and Shopify partners to implement new
features, troubleshoot issues, and enhance site performance.
Manage relationships with payment gateway providers to ensure smooth and secure transactions.
Project & Stakeholder Management:
Lead deployment of new site features, upgrades, and marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to align all D2C efforts.
Reporting & Analytics:
Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
Use data-driven decision-making to recommend and implement improvements.
