Key Responsibilities

Donor Relations and Client Delight

\xe2\x97\x8b Design, document and implement a systematic and integrated donor relations and stewardship strategy working with the leadership as well as the implementation team.

\xe2\x97\x8b Strategise and execute the client delight aspect of past and current donors with timely reports, presentation decks and case studies to enhance their relationship with Ei

\xe2\x97\x8b Synthesise impact into data and descriptive analysis to enhance pitch presentations and Ei\xe2\x80\x99s work

\xe2\x97\x8b Plan, organise and execute donor meets, conferences and annual Ei conclave to accentuate impact of brand Ei

Communications and Marketing

\xe2\x97\x8b Design, implement and manage the vertical\xe2\x80\x99s marketing and branding strategy \xe2\x80\x93 to build awareness and on-board new donors, partners, talent

\xe2\x97\x8b Support the Growth & Partnership team in strategising and implementing the content and marketing plan

\xe2\x97\x8b Identify and understand the education landscape in India along with Ei\xe2\x80\x99s theory of change to plan content for newsletters, social media as well as op-eds, conferences and key notes

\xe2\x97\x8b Produce high quality white papers, case studies ad write ups for circulation amongst key stakeholders to disseminate about company\xe2\x80\x99s work and efforts

Organizational Contribution

\xe2\x97\x8b Ensure timeline management, team management for business development needs and sending regular updates on ongoing updates

\xe2\x97\x8b Lead and contribute to organization-building initiatives as a member of the EI Shiksha team

\xe2\x97\x8b Serve in various ad-hoc leadership capacities (e.g., office retreat, project reviews, etc.)

\xe2\x97\x8b Contribute to the organizations knowledge repository by developing and writing case studies, notes, reports, etc.

Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Communications/Marketing/Literature/Journalism or equivalent, preference given to those with a background in communications and marketing

• Candidates with a relevant degree and internship experience in communications/consulting/fundraising/social impact/PR with significant writing experience

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in communications and marketing

• Fellowship experience in the education/ development sector (preferred)

• High quality written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, networking skills and ability to work on tight deadlines

• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and independently as a self-starter

• Knowledge in basic designing tools and data analysis (preferred)

• Effective planning skills to meet targets

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Point

• Ability to visualize and write concise and comprehensible content

• Remuneration will be competitive with the Indian development sector pay scales and will depend on candidate\xe2\x80\x99s skills and experience levels.
