Order Process Mandatory checks , Including regulatory ,
Price maintenance , OEF preparation , coordination with
SCM for execution
SNOP - (Meetings & review) organise dispatches as per
plan -Commercial & Samples. External Coordination with
distributor for obtaining lc 's/advance .Finance & DSG Co-
ordinations linked to despatches
Logistics Co-ordination for dispatches monitoring till stocks
reach destination
Ensure timely execution.
Timeliness and accuracy
Timely product availability at
Distributors Warehouse for sales
MIS Primary sales & Sec Sales
- Inventory Analysis & Export FDF Data Analysis
- Incentive : Checking & Organising Incentive
Primary sales, Secondary tracker ,
Monthly sales summary,
, HQ wise sales ,Near expiry stock
report,Creation of Dashboard .
Ensure completion within the
specified timeline
Timely processing with CFT ,co -
ordination for payouts
Finance & Accounts Checking and processing of set up cost for Sri
Lanka - relevant coordination with internal CFT and
Distributor
- Settlement for damages / breakages / short
- Regulatory DN processing / monitoring/ payments
- Capex / opex approval for all Countries .
15 working days
Follow up with CFT till issuance of
credit note / Reimbursement to
Distributor
Initiation and completion in 10-
15 working days
Submission of provision monthly / yearly to accounts
Follow up & Co ordination till
Purchase.
