Hi All,We are having urgent opening for AM BD with one of our EPC client.Job Location: Mumbai , Ahmedabad and Noida and willing to travel extensively to project site locations.
Reports to: HOD & BD Manager

The primary role and responsibilities include:
- Establishing contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
- Keeping prospective client database and making calls / visits for new business leads
- Site Visits for understanding the project boundary conditions and evaluation of project risk.
- Detailed review of tender document and preparation of risk analysis
- Coordination with internal functions for the bid preparation
- Preparing commercial proposals including rate analysis and cost estimates and submission of
tenders.
- Persuasion and negotiating with the client on the proposals submitted for getting the contract
- Maintaining knowledge of all ground improvement as well as heavy foundation products and broad
execution knowledge of works.
- Developing bid strategy, propose solutions, in coordination with design team
- Preparing and Review of marketing documents (reports, collaterals) for tender, marketing and
other purposes
- Presenting proposals to client and persuading client to obtain business for the company
- Co-ordinating with technical team for preparation of technical proposal
- Preparation of contractual and commercial Pre-bid queries
- Attending pre-bid meeting with the client to get the clarification on the queries
- Maintaining good relationships with existing customers
- Assisting the operation team during operation for any clarifications
