Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:



Check commercial aspects of incoming purchase orders. Confirm order to customer Create, maintain & process orders in ERP system. Create order Order verification and control Prepare and complete invoicing Review, and create and/or verify billing summary Follow-up & invoicing of secondment Warranty cost entries Follow-up revised PO from customer, as required Finalize and Invoice order Customer Portal Administration (Invoices/Orders) Follow-up Invoices / Accounts Receivables Purchase requisition Customer portal Maintenance Preparation of documents as and when needed Filing of documents in Rigdocs Back-up support with holiday cover and carry out any other duties as assigned.
