Description: Key Responsibilities

MES Implementation:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and deployment of MES software across shop floor operations. Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate MES with existing SAP, Others systems, PLCs, and other automation tools. Conduct Validation & User Acceptance testing and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality and performance.

Shop Floor Support:

Work closely with production teams to understand current workflows and identify areas where MES can streamline operations. Provide hands-on support during the implementation phase, ensuring smooth adoption of MES by shop floor personnel. Offer real-time assistance in solving technical issues related to MES during production.

Training & Change Management:

Train shop floor operators and supervisors on using the MES interface and functionality. Facilitate change management by communicating the benefits of MES and encouraging the adoption of digital processes.

Data Collection & Analysis:

Monitor real-time data collection through MES and ensure accuracy in data capturing. Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement. Generate reports for management to inform decision-making and process optimization.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance MES functionality and performance on the shop floor. Suggest and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase overall production efficiency.

Digital MES Operations & Maintenance:

Transition to full-time MES Operations & Maintenance after the initial project, focusing on system upkeep, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Technical Expertise:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 2- 3 Years of Hands-on experience with MES, ERP, SCADA, or other digital manufacturing systems.


Understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, Networking & Industrial Protocols for communication, and shop floor operations. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. Knowledge of "Industry 4.0" , Advance Excel, Ms-office tools Knowledgeable about production management, OEE and how various functions operates/SOP like Quality, Maintenance, purchase etc. Experience from Cable and wire industry would be added advantage

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively. Proactive in identifying problems and implementing solutions in a fast-paced production environment.

Communication & Teamwork:

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, IT, and management. Strong training and coaching abilities to guide shop floor teams in using new digital systems.

Adaptability:

Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities and demands. Open to learning and applying new technologies to enhance manufacturing processes.

Qualifications: Minimum: BE/B. Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/IT/CS or related field) from reputed institute with @ 2-3 years of Experience
