What you will do.
Develop and manage B2B sales for aluminum products (sheets, coils, extrusions, profiles, foils, alloys)
Identify and onboard new industrial, OEM, and corporate customers
Manage key accounts and build long-term business relationships
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close commercial agreements
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and billing
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements
Ensure timely collections and compliance with credit policies
Conduct regular customer meetings, plant visits, and technical discussions
Prepare sales forecasts and MIS reports
What we are looking for.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales of aluminum or metal products
Experience dealing with OEMs, EPCs, and large industrial customers
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
Knowledge of aluminum grades, specifications, and industrial applications
Ability to handle long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Analytical and target-driven mindset
