The Aluminium Fitter is responsible for fabrication, assembly, fitting, and finishing of aluminium components and products within a manufacturing facility, ensuring accuracy, quality, safety, and adherence to production schedules and engineering specifications.
1.Read and interpret engineering drawings, shop drawings, and work instructions
2.Measure, cut, drill, mill, and assemble aluminium components as per specifications
3.Operate fabrication machinery such as cutting machines, drills, routers, and presses
4.Assemble aluminium frames, panels, profiles, and sub-assemblies
5.Ensure dimensional accuracy and correct tolerances during fabrication
