Job Description

Prepare and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) Conduct site inspections and raise Inspection Requests (IRs) Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions Maintain quality records, checklists, test reports, and as-built documentation Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams Attend quality meetings and inspections with consultants/clients Provide technical guidance to site teams to improve quality and prevent defects Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of facade and glazing materials Verify sealants, gaskets, anchors, fasteners, and accessories meet specifications Monitor surface protection and cleaning procedures Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in facade and glazing works Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, aluminum profiles, glass types, and sealants Familiar with international facade standards (ASTM, BS, EN, AAMA) Strong attention to detail Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and specifications Knowledge of facade testing procedures Report writing and documentation skills Good communication and coordination skills Project Planning (Scheduled / Planning) / Co-Ordination site with Factory.
