Job Description

Plan, manage, and deliver facade glazing projects from design development to final handover. Coordinate with architects, consultants, main contractors, and clients to ensure design intent and specifications are met. Review facade shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical calculations. Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and procurement of facade materials (glass, aluminum systems, accessories). Oversee fabrication, delivery, and site installation of facade and glazing systems. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, and applicable international/local standards. Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones safely and efficiently. Monitor quality control and implement inspection and testing plans (ITP) for facade works. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements on site. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies related to design, procurement, and installation. Manage variations, claims, and change orders in coordination with commercial teams. Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare weekly/monthly project reports. Coordinate mock-ups, performance testing, and facade inspections (water, air, structural, thermal). Resolve technical and site-related issues related to facade systems and glazing installation. Ensure timely completion, snag clearance, and final handover documentation.
