Job Description

Create detailed facade drawings, layouts, and shop drawings for aluminium cladding, curtain wall, window wall, glazing, and louver systems. Work on CAD modeling, material take-offs, and design development using AutoCAD. Prepare 2D details and plans, elevations, and sections. (3D is a plus) Coordinate with design and engineering teams, consultants, and project stakeholders. Understand facade standards, tolerances, anchoring, fixings, and interface with structure. Support in document preparation, revisions, and technical detailing for project execution.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in aluminium facade and building envelope design. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge in curtain wall principles, glazing types, aluminium profiles, gaskets, sealants, brackets, and facade performance basics. Ability to read architectural and structural drawings. Material knowledge for facade elements and fastening methods. Good communication and coordination skills.
Good to have:

3D modeling using Revit or similar tools. Understanding of facade performance concepts like air-water tightness, thermal behavior, and wind load coordination.
Industry Use Tools / Materials:

Aluminium profiles, glass panels, brackets, sealants, gaskets, and anchoring solutions from brands like Schuco or Technal.
