Job Description

The Aluminium Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing aluminium components used in modular furniture systems and interior fit-out projects. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, ensuring precise cutting, joining, and finishing of aluminium profiles, and maintaining quality standards aligned with company production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabrication & Assembly:

Measure, cut, drill, and assemble aluminium profiles as per approved drawings and specifications. Fabricate modular frames, partitions, panels, and other aluminium components used in interior fit-outs. Operate fabrication tools and machinery such as saws, drills, punch machines, and grinders.

Installation & Finishing:

Assist in on-site installation of aluminium works such as doors, windows, partitions, and furniture systems. Ensure alignment, fitting accuracy, and clean finishing during assembly and installation. Handle materials carefully to prevent damage during transportation and fixing.

Quality & Safety:

Follow company quality standards and safety procedures during fabrication and installation. Inspect completed work for accuracy, dimensions, and surface finish before handover. Maintain tools, equipment, and workstation cleanliness.

Coordination & Reporting:

Coordinate with project engineers, designers, and site supervisors for work requirements. Report material shortages, tool maintenance needs, or production delays promptly. Support other fabrication or fit-out activities when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Aluminium Fabricator (preferably in an interior or modular furniture company). Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical diagrams. Proficient in using aluminium cutting, bending, and assembly tools. Knowledge of aluminium sections, modular system components, and hardware fittings. Attention to detail and strong workmanship quality. Team-oriented with good communication and time management skills.

Education & Experience:

ITI / Diploma , Mechanical, or related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in aluminium fabrication for interiors or fit-outs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
