Machine Operation

Operate

Alu-Alu and Blister packing machines

as per approved SOPs. Perform

machine setting, changeover, and start-up

for different products and pack sizes. Monitor machine performance and packing parameters during operation.
Quality & GMP Compliance

Ensure packing is done as per

BMR/BPR

and approved specifications. Carry out

in-process checks

such as: Blister sealing Leak test Printing correctness (batch no., Mfg., Exp.) Maintain

line clearance

before and after each batch. Follow

cGMP, GDP, and data integrity

practices strictly.
Maintenance & Safety

Perform

routine cleaning

and minor troubleshooting of machines. Coordinate with maintenance team for major breakdowns. Follow

safety rules

, use PPE, and maintain a clean working area.
Productivity & Teamwork

Achieve daily production targets with minimal rejection and downtime. Support juniors/helpers and work as a team member. Comply with shift duties and OT as per production requirement.
Qualifications

ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass

(Technical background preferred)
Experience

1-5 years

of experience in

Alu-Alu and Blister packing

in a pharmaceutical OSD plant.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
