Process and format documents as required, and handle customer queries within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
Prepare and dispatch account statements, intimation letters, acknowledgment letters, and other documents for investors and customers.
Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients to address their needs and provide necessary information.
Transaction Monitoring and Reporting:
Conduct daily quality checks of all transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Reconcile transactions daily to achieve 100% coverage and accuracy and identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Generate various Management Information System (MIS) reports for Investment Managers, Distributors, SEBI compliance, and other required reports.
Operational and Regulatory Compliance:
Oversee operations performed by subordinate employees, and forward processed documents to the Assistant Manager for further quality checks.
Understand and meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) deliverables and deadlines, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Send banking confirmations for cheque deposits, dispatch communications to investors, and ensure timely submission of all required inputs for MIS information.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Commerce/Finance graduate with at least 2 - 4 years of relevant experience or CA Inter with significant experience, preferably in AIF or similar roles.
Proven experience in managing fund operations, including document processing and transaction reconciliation.
Experience in handling customer queries and generating compliance reports is highly desirable.
