Roles:

• Liaison with channel Partners and ensure all their requirements are met. For NR and Priority
• Work in hand with the NRI ops support to assist clients for stock transfer
• Coordinate and support the business team to resolve complicated cases for NR and Priority.
• Work along with NRI product team to simplify overall NRI onboarding process.
• Coordinate with empaneled corporates to assist their employees ( Onsight foreign national ) to set up accounts for seamless execution & remittance of funds
• Facilitate regular trainings for channel partners for NRI demat / trading
• Maintain good rapport with PINS team for smooth processing
• Periodic check and analysis on client activation for NR and Priority.
• Run various channel engagement activities like Contests / Campaigns to increase productivity and visibility for NR and Priority.
• Regular Competition Analysis and implement best practices for NR and Priority
