We sell premium umbrellas, garden umbrellas, corporate gifting umbrellas, rainwear, and outdoor accessories through both

B2B

and

B2C channels

, including

Shopify, marketplaces, corporate orders, exhibitions, and distributors

.

We are expanding rapidly and looking for a

smart, multitasking, energetic all-rounder assistant

who can support the founder in daily operations, sales, marketing, and e-commerce growth.

Role Summary

You will work directly with the founder and handle

sales coordination, marketing content, basic design, customer support, e-commerce operations, supplier coordination, and daily management tasks

.

An ideal candidate should be proactive, well-spoken, organised, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development

Handle inbound enquiries from WhatsApp, website, Instagram, B2B clients Follow up with corporate gifting enquiries & distributors Maintain and update CRM (Zoho/Sheets) Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, price lists Reach out to potential clients (basic cold outreach)

2. E-Commerce (Shopify)

Update product listings, prices, inventory Coordinate with operations for order dispatch & tracking Manage COD & prepaid customer queries Handle customer support (Instagram, WhatsApp, website chat) Basic understanding of Gokwik, Shiprocket, Google Merchant (preferred)

3. Marketing & Social Media

Post on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn as per schedule Coordinate with influencers & creators Help with ad creatives (not compulsory but good to have) Maintain brand aesthetics and communication style

4. Management & Admin

Daily coordination with suppliers, printers, packaging vendors Maintain Excel sheets for sales, inventory, marketing Assist in expo preparations (Gift Expo, exhibitions, events) Follow up with production unit for order status Plan daily tasks & report directly to founder Handle office administration and documentation

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong communication (English + Hindi) Knowledge of Instagram, Canva & basic marketing Good with Excel, Google Sheets & WhatsApp Business tools Basic understanding of Shopify / e-commerce (training will be given) Fast learner, responsible, organised Interest in fashion, umbrellas, rainwear, or D2C brands is a bonus Should be proactive and handle customers with confidence

Salary Range

?18,000 - ?35,000 / month
(Depending on experience, multitasking ability, and e-commerce knowledge)
