Key Responsibilities
Share practical, real-world industry knowledge with students
Conduct classroom sessions, labs, and practical training
Help students understand basic healthcare practices and ethics
Support students during internships, training, and projects
Assist in curriculum delivery as per university guidelines
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and training sessions
Guide students for career growth and industry readiness
Eligibility Criteria
Educational background in allied healthcare or related fields
Diploma / Bachelor's / Master's degree (as applicable to the role)
Prior experience in hospitals, clinics, labs, diagnostic centers, or healthcare institutes is preferred
Freshers with strong knowledge and interest in teaching may also apply
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of allied healthcare practices
Good communication skills
Ability to explain concepts in a simple and clear way
Patience and willingness to teach and mentor students
Basic computer skills
Professional and ethical work attitude
Experience
0-5 years of experience in allied healthcare industry or academics
