Job Description

Is responsible for planning, promoting, and executing diverse entertainment and business-oriented events at Eebts hall (Mamangam ), Angamaly. The role focuses on Conducting events and generating revenue through innovative programming such as corporate events, Social gathering , exhibitions, kids' entertainment, regular activity zones etc.

Key Responsibilities:Event Planning & Execution



Conceptualize, plan, and execute events including:

o Social gathering

o Corporate meetings and business events

o Save-the-date events, anniversaries, and celebrations

o Exhibitions and themed events

o Weekly (twice) game zone activities

o Kids-only entertainment programs

Coordinate event schedules, logistics, vendors, and internal teams.

Ensure smooth execution of events from planning to post-event closure.

Marketing & Promotion



Develop promotional strategies to maximize audience reach and participation.

Create and manage promotional campaigns through:

o Social media platforms

o WhatsApp promotions

o Posters, banners, and digital creatives

o Local tie-ups and partnerships

Plan and execute "Save the Date" announcements and event promotions in advance.

Collaborate with marketing teams for brand, digital, and website promotion of Mamangam Hall

Business Development & Revenue Generation



Identify new business opportunities and event formats to increase revenue.

Coordinate with corporates, business groups, schools, and community organizations for bookings and collaborations.

Assist in pricing strategies and package development for different event categories.

Audience Engagement & Experience



Ensure high-quality audience experience during events.

Introduce innovative engagement activities for kids and families.

Collect feedback and analyze event performance to improve future events.

Coordination & Reporting



Maintain event calendars and promotional schedules.

Prepare event performance reports, footfall data, and revenue summaries.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong event planning and coordination skills

Creative thinking and marketing acumen

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously

Good knowledge of digital marketing and promotions

Vendor and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

3-5 years of experience in event management, promotions, or entertainment industry

Experience in cultural, corporate, or kids' events will be an added advantage

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Increase in event bookings and hall utilization

Footfall growth for movies, festivals, and game zones

Revenue generated through events and promotions

Audience satisfaction and repeat participation

Effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
