We're looking for a detail-oriented Alliance Executive to support the Alliance Lead in managing partnerships with key OEMs such as AWS, Azure, Google, Zoho, and other technology providers. This role combines coordination, documentation, pricing support, and operational execution to strengthen our partner ecosystem and ensure smooth commercial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Program Support
Maintain partner portal data, certifications, competencies, and program compliance.
Track renewals, benefits, incentives, partner communications, and documentation.
Prepare and submit partner reports, updates, and claims on time.
Pricing & Commercial Support
Collect pricing from OEMs, distributors, and aggregators for cloud, SaaS, and licensing requirements.
Assist in basic negotiations with partners/distributors as guided by the Alliance Lead.
Coordinate for special pricing, discount approvals, and scheme utilization.
Prepare price comparisons, margin sheets, and supporting documents for internal teams.
Order Processing & Operations
Handle order loading on partner portals and distributor systems.
Ensure accuracy of SKUs, quantities, billing details, customer info, and subscription terms.
Coordinate renewals, upsells, and provisioning activities.
Maintain records of orders, invoices, and contract documentation.
Coordination & Communication
Support coordination between internal teams (sales, finance, technical) and partner account managers.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups.
Maintain partner communication logs and documentation.
Alliance Operations
Assist the Alliance Lead in preparing QBRs, business reviews, and dashboards.
Track certifications, competencies, MDF utilization, and partner performance metrics.
Ensure proper documentation of agreements, offers, and GTM assets.
Sales & Marketing Enablement
Share updated partner offers, incentives, and product changes with sales teams.
Support co-branded events, webinars, marketing submissions, and MDF documentation.
Assist in tracking campaign leads and ensuring partner guideline compliance.
Data & Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on partner revenue, pipeline, renewals, and certification progress.
Update CRM and partner portal data regularly and accurately.
Monitor KPIs related to alliance impact and operations.
Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in alliances, vendor management, procurement, sales coordination, or business operations.
Understanding of cloud, SaaS, or IT product ecosystems (preferred).
Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRMs, and partner portals.
Detail-oriented with good analytical and multitasking ability.
AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification or similar is a strong plus.
