Prepare and cook dishes across various cuisines (Indian, Chinese, South Indian and Goan)
Maintain quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.
Manage stock, ingredients, and inventory efficiently.
Support in menu planning and daily specials.
Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an All-Rounder Cook / Multi-Cuisine Cook.
Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and food safety standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and time management skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
