Prepare, cook, and present dishes across different cuisines (Indian, Continental, Chinese, South Indian.) as per menu or event requirements.
Assist in menu preparation, portioning, and food presentation.
Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations.
Support kitchen operations during events, outdoor catering, and live counters.
Handle multiple cooking stations (grill, fry, tandoor, salad, dessert, etc.) efficiently.
Follow instructions from the Executive/Sous Chef and coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
Manage food stock levels and inform the store or chef about low supplies.
Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and waste control practices.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
