An All Rounder Chef is versatile in multiple culinary disciplines, supporting menu preparation, managing different kitchen stations, and ensuring consistent food quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare hot and cold dishes, appetizers, main courses, and desserts across various cuisines.
Rotate between kitchen stations including grill, saute, cold kitchen, and bakery as needed.
Assist the Head Chef in menu development and kitchen inventory control.
Supervise junior cooks and kitchen helpers as required.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen workspace.
Employer Requirements:
Formal culinary education or equivalent professional experience.
Experience working in multiple kitchen sections or food styles.
Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to adapt and learn new cooking techniques quickly.
