Fezinn Hotel is looking for a passionate and skilled
All-Rounder Chef
to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in multiple cuisines such as South Indian, North Indian, Continental, and Chinese, and be capable of maintaining quality, taste, and presentation standards in every dish.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes across multiple cuisines.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
Support menu planning and contribute innovative ideas for new dishes.
Ensure consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff when required.
Manage inventory and assist in kitchen cost control.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an All-Rounder Chef or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine cooking methods and presentation.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts is an added advantage.
