Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes (Indian, Chinese, Continental, and Tandoor as required).
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation at all times.
Plan menus, portion sizes, and ingredients according to demand.
Ensure proper storage and rotation of food to prevent spoilage.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen area.
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff and helpers.
Handle orders efficiently during peak hours.
Assist in inventory control and report shortages to management.
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ensure consistency in taste and timely service.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as an All-Rounder Chef or Cook in a hotel or restaurant.
Expertise in multiple cuisines (Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, Continental preferred).
Knowledge of kitchen equipment, safety, and sanitation standards.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders efficiently.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic knowledge of cost control and portion management.
