Customer Acquisition & Revenue Growth- Create and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to increase footfall, membership sales, repeat and event bookings.- Develop data-driven performance marketing campaigns across digital (social media, SEM, PPC) and traditional channels as well as new channels. - Drive customer engagement and retention strategies to maximize lifetime value.- Identify new revenue streams and upsell opportunities (seasonal packages, memberships, corporate plans).- Implement referral and loyalty programs to increase repeat business.- Work with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.2. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization- Develop and implement multi-channel lead generation strategies (social media, search ads, email, WhatsApp, third-party platforms).- Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and lead forms to improve conversion rates.- Work with the CRM team to nurture and convert leads through targeted campaigns3. Events, Partnerships & BTL Activations- Develop high-impact on-ground activations, brand collaborations, and influencer marketing programs.- Expand SkyJumper's presence through corporate tie-ups, school programs, and affliate marketing.- Plan PR campaigns, and media outreach to amplify brand credibility.4. Data Analytics & Customer Insights- Leverage analytics tools to track marketing performance, consumer behavior, and ROI.- Optimize strategies based on data-driven insights to improve lead conversion and engagement.- Conduct customer surveys, NPS tracking, and competitive benchmarking.5.
