Key Responsibilities
Make
confirmation calls
to new aligner patients.
Conduct
follow-up calls
regarding treatment progress.
Provide support for our
Aligners mobile app
(login, uploads, troubleshooting, etc.).
Maintain and update data using
Excel, Word, and other software tools
.
Record call details and treatment updates in internal systems.
Provide basic technical guidance to customers regarding digital tools.
Coordinate with internal departments when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills (English + local languages).
Strong
computer knowledge
(MS Excel, MS Word, basic software handling).
Ability to understand and explain mobile app functions.
Basic troubleshooting ability.
Prior experience in customer support or healthcare/dental field is an advantage.
