Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and result-driven

Algo Strategist

with a strong track record in developing and executing profitable strategies, primarily focused on

Indian indices

such as NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, and others. The ideal candidate brings a blend of market understanding, analytical thinking, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and implement algorithmic trading strategies for Indian indices Monitor strategy performance and fine-tune for consistent results Generate new ideas based on market behavior, data analysis, and statistical patterns Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution and risk management Maintain detailed records of strategy logic, performance, and outcomes Stay updated with market trends, exchange developments, and regulatory changes

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in algo strategy development and deployment Proven track record of successful strategies in Indian index trading Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of strategy lifecycle Solid understanding of Indian equity and derivatives markets
