Role Overview
The Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured theory and practical sessions to students. The role focuses on building strong foundational and applied knowledge in AI and ML through hands on training and real world examples to enhance student employability.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver AI and Machine Learning theory and laboratory sessions as per the approved syllabus
Prepare lesson plans presentation materials datasets and practical exercises
Conduct coding sessions assignments quizzes and assessments
Guide students in mini projects and capstone projects
Maintain attendance session reports and student feedback records
Ensure timely completion of course content with quality delivery
Support placement oriented training through industry use cases
Coordinate with college coordinators and academic teams

Technical Responsibilities

Introduce fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
Train students in Python programming for AI and ML
Explain data preprocessing feature engineering and data visualization
Teach supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
Cover algorithms such as linear regression logistic regression decision trees random forest KNN and Naive Bayes
Explain clustering techniques including K Means and hierarchical clustering
Provide an introduction to deep learning concepts such as neural networks CNN and RNN
Introduce basics of natural language processing and computer vision
Explain model evaluation optimization and deployment fundamentals

Tools and Technologies

Python programming language
NumPy Pandas Matplotlib and Seaborn
Scikit learn TensorFlow or PyTorch at a basic level
Jupyter Notebook or Google Colab

Educational Qualifications

BTech MTech MCA MSc MBA with specialization in Analytics Data Science or Artificial Intelligence
Relevant professional certifications in AI or ML preferred

Required Skills

Strong conceptual knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
Excellent communication and teaching skills
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and structured manner
Experience in academic training or corporate training preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile

Industry professionals with hands on AI and ML experience
Trainers who have delivered value added or skill enhancement programs
Ability to train undergraduate and postgraduate students

Remuneration

Compensation will be on an hourly session or contract basis and is negotiable as per experience

Pay: ₹500.00 - ?550.00 per hour
