Job Description

Responsibilities : 

- Call existing and potential customers to sell the company's products and services

- Accurately record details of customer's purchase orders

- Process customer purchases 

- Generate leads for the outside sales team to pursue

- Manage customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company's products and services

- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Requirements :

- Ability to read and follow scripts

- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills

- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

- Effective communication skills

- Strong customer service skills
