Deep understanding of AIX operating system administration, including installation, patching, upgrades, and migrations. Familiarity with IBM pSeries hardware, including LPAR/DLPAR (Logical/Dynamic Partitioning), VIO (Virtual I/O), and HACMP (High Availability Cluster Multi-Processing). Experience with SAN (Storage Area Network) integration, especially with AIX and Windows servers. Knowledge of various Linux distributions and their interaction with AIX. Experience with user management, security, storage, and hardware/software configurations on AIX systems.
