We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Staff in Madurai. As an Airport Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the airport and providing excellent customer service to passengers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting passengers with check-in, baggage drop, and boarding procedures

• Responding to passenger inquiries and providing information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services

• Ensuring the safety and security of passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures

• Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues professionally

• Collaborating with other airport staff and departments to ensure efficient and timely operations

• Performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records

• Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the airport terminal and facilities

• Assisting with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo from aircraft

• Following all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment Requirements:

• Minimum 10th or 12th pass, ITI certification is a plus

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport operations is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
