As a part of our team,
you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming passengers in a warm and friendly manner, as well as addressing any queries they may have. Checking in baggage efficiently and accurately will also be part of your duties. Moreover, you will be in charge of making reservations for passengers and selling airline tickets to ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience for all.
In addition, you will play a crucial role in stocking aircraft with refreshments, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that the cabin is well-equipped for the journey ahead. Post-flight, you will be responsible for cleaning the aircraft thoroughly, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
Your role will also involve assisting disabled passengers and those traveling with small children, offering them the necessary support and guidance throughout their journey. Providing accurate and up-to-date information to passengers regarding flight schedules, services, and amenities will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
