Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting passengers at check-in security and boarding gates
• Handling baggage and cargo including loading and unloading from aircraft
• Conducting security checks and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any passenger inquiries or issues
• Coordinating with other airport departments to ensure on-time departures and arrivals
• Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks as required
• Assisting passengers with special needs or disabilities
• Collaborating with flight crew to ensure a safe and comfortable flight experience for all passengers
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures as well as industry regulations Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in English
