As a CSA, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers at the airport. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas - Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures - Assist with baggage handling and loading/unloading of luggage onto aircraft - Conduct security screenings of passengers and their belongings - Provide special assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs - Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Handle cash and credit card transactions for airport services - Keep track of flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to passengers - Adhere to all company policies and procedures Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is preferred but not required - Fluency in English and other languages is a plus If you are a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
