As a member of our ground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport in Guwahati, Assam. Position: Airport Ground Staff - Males & Females Location: Guwahati, Assam, India Contract Details: Full-time Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop, and boarding procedures - Provide excellent customer service to all passengers - Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings - Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo - Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers - Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to passengers - Perform administrative tasks such as ticketing, cash handling, and data entry - Adhere to all airport and airline regulations and policies - Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Knowledge of basic computer skills - Fluency in English and local language is required We offer competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our company.
