Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Ground Staff (CSA). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to airline passengers at Mumbai airport. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival gates - Check passengers' tickets and travel documents - Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations - Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or disabled passengers - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations - Provide accurate flight information and updates to passengers - Process baggage and assist with loading and unloading of luggage - Conduct security screenings and perform other security-related duties as assigned - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and service quality Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Customer service experience in the airline or hospitality industry preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Physical ability to lift and move heavy baggage - Knowledge of local and international airport regulations and procedures is a plus - Proficiency in English and other languages is an advantage If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and want to be a part of a dynamic team, then we want to hear from you!
