Airport Ground Staff is a leading airport ground handling company based in Chennai Airport India.
We provide a wide range of services to airlines and passengers, ensuring a smooth and efficient airport experience.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers who are looking to kick start their career in the aviation industry.
Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting passengers at the check-in counter

• Checking and tagging luggage

• Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during boarding and bodyboarding

• Assisting passengers with special needs

• Providing information and directions to passengers

• Handling and resolving customer queries and complaints

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient operations

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

• Adhering to all safety and security procedures

• Assisting with other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage

• Basic computer skills

• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages will be an advantage)
