We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff / Cabin Crew. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airline.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and checking in passengers at the airport
- Assisting passengers with their luggage and directing them to their designated gates
- Conducting safety and security checks on the aircraft before and after each flight
- Providing excellent customer service to passengers, answering any questions or concerns they may have
- Assisting the flight crew with any necessary tasks during the flight
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers always
- Handling any in-flight emergencies or issues that may arise.
- Maintaining a clean and organized cabin environment
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to maintain and improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required.
