Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing excellent customer service always

• Check-in passengers, issue boarding passes, and assist with baggage check-in

• Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations

• Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Assist with boarding and depleting processes.

• Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure on-time departures and arrivals

• Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to passengers.

• Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment always

• Adhere to company policies and procedures always Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

• Physically fit and able to lift to 50 pounds

• Basic computer skills
