Position: Ground Staff
Location: Mumbai (Multiple locations to be added soon) Eligibility Criteria:
10+2 qualification (Freshers can apply)
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Customer-friendly attitude
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Valid passport (mandatory)
Physically fit and presentable Roles & Responsibilities:
Passenger handling at airport terminals
Check-in, boarding, and baggage assistance
Guiding passengers during arrival and departure
Coordination with security and airline staff
Handling customer queries and providing travel assistance
Ensuring compliance with airport and airline procedures
Supporting smooth ground operations for flights
Maintaining service quality and passenger satisfaction
