Job Overview: We are currently looking for dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Customer Service Agents and Ground Staff. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers at the airport, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas. 2. Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, baggage allowances, and other airport services. 3. Check-in passengers and issue boarding passes. 4. Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly, and disabled passengers. 5. Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure timely and efficient services. 6. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 7. Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the airport premises. 8. Assist with the boarding process and ensure all passengers are boarded safely. 9. Handle and process baggage, including tagging, loading, and unloading. 10. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality industry. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 6. Knowledge of basic computer skills. 7. Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. 8. Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage. 9.
