We are currently looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport CSA & Ground Staff.
Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at the airport providing excellent customer service
• Check-in passengers and their luggage ensuring all necessary documents are in order
• Board passengers onto the correct flight and assist with any special needs or requests
• Handle and resolve any customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct security screenings and ensure compliance with all airport regulations
• Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area always
• Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Provide support to the flight crew as needed Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in the aviation industry is an asset but not required
• Must be physically fit and able to lift to 50 pounds
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
