Experience: Minimum 2 years in airline reservations, ticketing, airport check-ins, or contact centers Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat
  • Sell, up-sell, and cross-sell products and services
  • Handle new reservations, ticket modifications, refunds, and fare calculations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information
  • Escalate complex queries to senior team members as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience with Amadeus GDS is essential
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset
  • Adaptability to new systems and processes
  • Willingness to work in shifts
